A player who is in at least one batch during the month. Players on a break, or who have left, are not billed.
Is the free batch really free forever?
Yes. One batch of up to 30 players stays free with no time limit. Upgrade only when you want more batches or features.
Do parents pay anything?
No. The Parent App is free for every family on every plan.
Are payment gateway charges included?
UPI, card and net banking charges are set by the payment provider and shown before you switch payments on.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. Changes apply from the next billing month.
How do we pay?
By card or bank transfer, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
