01The agreement
These terms apply when an academy, school sports programme or club (“the academy”) signs up for and uses the platform. By creating an account, the person signing up confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for the academy.
02Accounts and access
- The academy is responsible for who it invites as owners, admins and coaches, and for the roles it gives them.
- Login details must be kept private. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
- Parents are invited by the academy and use the Parent App free of charge.
03Plans, billing and the free batch
Paid plans are priced per active player per month, as shown on Our Plans. An active player is a player in at least one batch during the billing month. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance.
The free batch covers one batch of up to 30 players with the features listed for it, with no time limit. We may ask an academy to move to a paid plan if it goes beyond those limits.
Prices exclude taxes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change for an existing plan.
04Fees collected from families
When the academy uses Fee Collect, payments from families go through a licensed payment provider to the academy. The academy sets its own fees, discounts, late fees and refund rules, and is responsible for them toward families. Payment provider charges are shown before payments are switched on.
05Children, consent and safe use
- The academy must collect a parent or guardian's consent before recording or uploading a child's videos or photos.
- Fitness tests and drills must be set by qualified coaches. The platform does not give medical or injury advice.
- AI Video Coach notes are suggestions for coaches. Coaching, selection and welfare decisions remain the academy's responsibility.
- The academy must follow our Child Safety and AI commitments.
06Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use the platform to harass, discriminate against or harm any player, parent or coach.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the platform.
- Do not use the platform to send marketing that families have not agreed to receive.
07Your data
The academy owns the data it puts into the platform. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The academy can export its data at any time while the account is active.
08Service availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times and plan maintenance outside common training hours where we can. Features may change as we improve the product. We will not remove a core feature from a paid plan without notice.
09Limits of liability
The platform is a management tool. We are not responsible for coaching outcomes, injuries, selection decisions or disputes between the academy and families. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the academy paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Ending the agreement
The academy can close its account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after giving notice where possible. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
