No. 1The gate

Every batch, ground and coach in one line-up.

Build batches by sport, age group, level, coach and ground. Batch Manager keeps nets, courts, pool lanes and rinks free of double bookings, and moves players up a level when they are ready.

How it works

Batch Manager, step by step

  1. 01

    Add your grounds

List every net, court, field, pool lane and rink at each centre, with the hours they are open.

  2. 02

    Create batches

Set the sport, age band, level, coach, ground, days, time and the most players the batch can take.

  3. 03

    Import players

Upload your spreadsheet or add players one by one. Siblings are linked to the same family.

  4. 04

    Publish the schedule

Coaches see their batches, parents see their child’s timings and any change is pushed to both.

What you get

Made for the ground, not the back office

Ground and slot booking

See every ground hour by hour. Clashes are flagged before a schedule goes live.

Levels and age bands

Beginner to advanced, U-8 to U-19, with age worked out from date of birth on a cut-off date.

Coach rosters

Assign head and assistant coaches. Cover for a missing coach in two taps.

Waitlists

When a batch is full, new players join a waitlist and are offered the next free seat.

Holidays and rain days

Cancel or move a session for one batch or a whole centre. Parents are told straight away.

Spreadsheet import

Bring players, families and batches across from Excel or Google Sheets in one go.

Many sports, one academy

Cricket nets at 5:30. Pool lanes at 7.

Multi-sport academies and school programmes run very different sessions side by side. Batch Manager understands each sport’s spaces and session lengths, so a single account fits all of them.

  • Cricket nets and turf wickets
  • Football grounds and half-pitches
  • Badminton and tennis courts
  • Swimming pool lanes by depth
  • Skating rinks and practice areas

Questions

Batch Manager questions

Still unsure? Our team answers every message from academy owners and head coaches.

Contact us
Can one player be in more than one batch?

Yes. A player can train cricket on weekdays and swim at weekends. Fees and attendance are tracked per batch.

How do we move a player up a level?

Pick the player and the new batch. Their history, progress reports and fee plan move with them, and the parent is told.

Do coaches need a laptop?

No. Coaches use the phone app at the ground. Owners and admins usually use the web dashboard.

Can we run many centres?

Yes. Each centre has its own grounds and batches, and owners see all of them together.
