No. The payment link opens in any phone browser and works with every UPI app. The Parent App is optional for paying.
Can we accept cash at the desk?
Yes. Record the cash payment, and the parent gets the same receipt as an online payment.
Can we charge a late fee?
Yes. Set a grace period and a flat or percentage late fee per plan. You can waive it for any family.
What about refunds?
Record full or part refunds against a payment. The family’s statement updates and a credit note is issued.
