01Parent consent comes first
- Videos and photos of a child are recorded only after a parent or guardian has given consent.
- The coach app blocks recording for players without consent on file.
- Parents can give or withdraw consent at any time from the Parent App. When consent is withdrawn, no new clips can be recorded.
02Who can see a child’s videos
A child's videos, AI markers, coach notes and photos can be seen only by the coaches assigned to that player and the player's own parents or guardians. Other parents, other players and the public can never see them.
03What the AI does
AI Video Coach marks technique patterns in practice clips, such as body position, front-foot landing and release point, so coaches can review them more easily.
- It does not judge talent, rank players or predict potential.
- It does not decide or influence team selection.
- Every AI note is reviewed by a coach before anything reaches a family.
- Players' videos are not used to train models for other academies.
04Fitness, drills and health
Fitness tests and drills are set by the academy's qualified coaches. The platform records results and assigned drills but does not give medical, injury or rehabilitation advice. Concerns about a child's health should go to a qualified medical professional.
05No advertising
There are no ads in the Parent App or the coach app. Player and family data is never used for advertising and is never sold.
06Encryption and deletion
Player data and videos are encrypted in transit and at rest. When a player leaves an academy, their data and videos are deleted on request from the academy or the family.
07Safe messaging
Coaches message families through the academy's channels, which the academy can review. Direct private messaging between coaches and children is not offered.
